Job summary
Expression seeks an experienced Data Platform Architect to guide data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions in mission environments. You will drive architectural standards, platform governance, and scalable pipelines across Databricks and Palantir Foundry, ensuring production-ready data products and reproducible MLOps practices.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define schemas, data contracts, and secure, compliant data sharing, delivering reliable data platforms that scale for DoD
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in data platforms or analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Palantir Foundry for production workloads.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark and Spark SQL for scalable pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance for data pipelines, analytics and ML workflows.
- Define platform standards, governance, security, and data quality measures.
- Lead CI/CD, DataOps, and MLOps practices across teams.
- Instruct teams on transitioning prototypes to production-grade solutions.
- Develop reusable templates and reference architectures to speed delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with mission requirements.
