Job summary

Kiewit Corporation is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to support the Infrastructure Engineers Document Controls team in Omaha, NE (onsite). You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows using Python, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.

You will ingest, transform, and load data into Azure SQL and other cloud platforms, integrating data from APIs and external sources while maintaining accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and deliver results under deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/spoken communication skills.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure and Snowflake environments.
• Experience with ETL processes and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading into Azure SQL and cloud platforms.
• Integrate data from APIs and external sources with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.
• Automate data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to ETL framework improvements.
• Document processes and maintain version control of data pipelines.
