Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end onboarding, integration, and delivery of SP/ASOC data assets across the enterprise from East Hanover, NJ. The role emphasizes data quality, vendor enablement, and scalable processes with a focus on AI and automation to improve operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in data operations or related healthcare data roles, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across multiple brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in data operations, data partnerships, market access, channel strategy, specialty pharmacy, patient services, healthcare data management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SP/ASOC data operations, vendor enablement, data onboarding, integration, and feed management.
• Experience working with data vendors, specialty pharmacies, hub/service providers, or healthcare data operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, integration, and operational delivery of SP/ASOC data assets across the enterprise.
• Manage data acquisition activities, vendor enablement, feed setup, and access readiness.
• Ensure SP/ASOC data feeds are delivered reliably and aligned to service expectations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into data onboarding requirements.
• Support launch readiness by coordinating timelines, testing, and go-live activities.
• Implement data quality controls, operational standards, and monitoring routines.
• Coordinate with technology, data platform, analytics and operations teams for integration.
• Drive issue resolution and track data availability, feed failures, and escalations.
• Maintain playbooks, onboarding checklists, and escalation pathways for scalable execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale SP/ASOC data capabilities.
