JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Vice President Data Owner to accelerate product development, drive business growth, and improve the Chase customer experience through data-led decisions.

The role oversees all data in the D2.0 product, created, provisioned, or consumed to support objectives, analytics, operations, and reporting. The Data Owner collaborates with the Product Owner and technology leads to ensure data is high quality, well-documented, and governed in alignment with the firm's

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a data-related field.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Subject matter expertise in business or product data.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and architectures.
• Ability to meet timelines and deliver with internal partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to senior audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile development.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create plans for the development and delivery of product data.
• Work with partners to understand the data and its use.
• Provide subject matter expertise with respect to data content and use.
• Identify the scope of critical data with metadata and classification.
• Support data integration for analytics platforms.
• Document data quality requirements and coordinate resources.
• Influence resources to resolve data issues promptly.
• Develop processes to identify and mitigate data risks.
• Manage execution to comply with data policies.
• Develop relationships with data delivery partners and consumers.
• Manage milestones and mitigate risks in product development lifecycle.
• Track and manage workstreams and KPIs.
• Manage staff on data-related tasks.
