Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure metadata quality, and champion data-driven decision making with AI/ML-enabled governance. This role emphasizes hands-on product delivery and risk-aware data stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-related discipline.
• 5+ years in data management, governance or analytics with data products.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data solutions and products aligned to business goals.
• Manage projects, mitigate risks and drive efficiency.
• Document metadata, categorize data, and enable discovery.
• Provide SME on data content and usage across product areas.
• Build relationships with data providers and consumers across functions.
• Define data sourcing requirements, upstream mappings, and data quality.
• Develop processes to identify and mitigate data risks across lifecycle.
• Govern data integration for analytics platforms and ML use cases.
• Resolve data issues, drive root-cause analysis, and preventive controls.
• Leverage AI/ML and LLM tooling to automate governance tasks.
