Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a technical/degree diploma.
• Two years of relevant office experience.
• Experience with MS Office and customer service in a college setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reception duties and provide information to students and visitors.
• Enter student data into the information system and maintain filing.
• Coordinate new student events and orientations.
• Notify instructors of incoming students and manage waitlists.
• Maintain Polk County campus social media and campus communications.
