Responsibilities

• As a Data Operations Specialist II, provide comprehensive admin support to rating analysts.
• Support data capture, data maintenance, and quality assurance for designated deals.
• Monitor mailboxes and respond to internal/external client requests to deadlines.
• Assist with rating actions, disclosures, and regulatory-compliant templates.
• Resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed to analysts.
• Build positive client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide backup coverage for designated associates during absences.
• Develop broad knowledge of financial instruments and related practices.
