Job summary

Middesk is seeking a systems and process expert to scale internal operations while maintaining product quality. This role focuses on designing high-volume workflows, automating recurring tasks, and building dashboards that reveal performance gains.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Finance to turn processes into scalable internal products and drive efficiency across the business. A data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or business operations.
• Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining high-volume processes with software-driven systems.
• Ability to use data to drive actions; SQL knowledge and dashboards preferred.
• Ability to advise Product and Engineering teams on turning processes into internal and external products.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the data powering our products, and in everything it takes to keep that data accurate and recent.
• Design, operate, and streamline high-volume fulfillment workflows that deliver successful client outcomes.
• Automate recurring operational work so that it runs without manual intervention, and measure the time and cost that you remove.
• Build the dashboards and analyses that show how our data and fulfillment processes perform, and use them to find the largest improvement opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to launch new products, improve existing processes, and create multi-team procedures.
• Partner with Finance to find operational inefficiencies and propose solutions that weigh financial and operational cost against benefit.
