Job Summary

The Data Operations Specialist is part of the Engineering team within the Information Technology department. This role is primarily responsible for executing and monitoring critical processes and workflows that support data and analytical operations at ArchWell Health. Responsibilities include managing SQL database processes, report creation and distribution, automating business processes, and guiding manual process automation.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and document current and upcoming process needs.
2. Use tools like SQL, PowerBI, and logging systems to verify process execution according to schedules and quality standards.
3. Provide Level 1 support for troubleshooting and communication of failed processes.
4. Perform manual tasks necessary for process success, such as running reports, executing SQL queries, and file transfers via SFTP.
5. Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop automation requirements for manual processes.
6. Maintain documentation relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Abilities

1. Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power tools like PowerBI and Automate.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5. Comfortable working and communicating across all departments and levels.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
2. Hands-on experience with SQL through work or academic projects.
