Job summary

VRK IT Vision Inc. is seeking a WME Data Operations Lead to design and implement operational controls, monitoring, and a data issue-management framework for WME data operations.

The role bridges business and technical teams, prioritizes and resolves operational data issues, and leads hands-on Salesforce configuration beyond paper processes. The position requires Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud experience, certifications preferred, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data operations or platform ops, post-deployment experience.
• Experience designing monitoring, issue-management, and change-management for enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration including Health Cloud; CRM/Portal integration.
• Ability to run SOQL/SOSL against Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud to diagnose data issues.
• Pharma/Life Sciences familiarity, especially Patient Engagement Services.
• Strong data governance and KPI tracking capabilities.
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational controls and monitoring post-deployment.
• Bridge business and technical teams with clear data issue processes.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and alerts in Salesforce and connected systems.
• Create issue-management workflows and SLA tracking.
• Establish a robust change-request management process.
• Build dashboards to show platform health and data quality.
• Document SOPs and runbooks for ongoing operations.
• Hand over long-term ownership to CRM & Portal Data Lead.
• Collaborate with Salesforce/CRM teams and data governance.
