Job summary

Back Market is offering a 6-month, full-time internship in Paris (France) with a 35h/week schedule. You will join the Buybulk/Trade-In operations team to monitor KPIs, support reporting, and improve processes and tools.

The role requires advanced data analysis, strong Google Sheets skills, and a willingness to learn SQL basics. You will collaborate across teams, participate in major projects, and benefit from a hybrid work setup with remote days.

Qualifications

• English and French fluency required, fully professional in both languages.
• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong Google Sheets skills and basics of SQL are expected.
• Experience with automation tools (VBA, Zapier) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and report KPIs to help the team understand performance drivers and drive improvements.
• Own key operational processes to ensure steady performance and customer satisfaction.
