Summary:
In this role, you will support the data collection module processes for Vizient’s ODB (Operational Data Base) tool. You will lead, guide and support Provider efforts to be successful in implementing hospital data into the ODB tool and facilitate training for hospital program coordinators around ODB tool requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform data collection, interpretation, and analysis for productivity benchmarking initiatives.
Communicate recommended ODB tool requirements and solutions appropriately and effectively with Vizient stakeholders and hospital members.
Manage member specific data collection module project tasks across a variety of standard and add-on tool offerings.
Support ODB tool through guiding member efforts to submit data timely and accurately.
Ensure data quality by driving accountability around data submitted into tool and communicating expectations effectively to member participants.
Drive data quality initiatives by accurately and appropriately following and interpreting Operational Data Base Department Reference Manual (ODB) guidelines.
Train member Program Coordinators on requirements for success in Data Collection Module tasks.
Facilitate member calls, tracking project timelines, communicating effectively to avoid project delays and facilitating tool requirements for success.
Work with datasets in various data tools such as Excel and Power Point.
Support ODB reporting tasks and run “what if” scenarios to support data driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience with ODB data collection module highly preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Excel & PowerPoint preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
