Stauffers of Kissel Hill in Lititz, PA is seeking a full-time Team Member to join our corporate office. The role requires Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5pm, with rotating weekend availability. We offer comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training to promote from within.

You will perform clerical duties, manage pricing updates, coordinate vendor communications, and support buyers and store teams. Strong organizational skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Business math, calculator, general office proficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Basic skills in Google Suite.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Types up and distributes sales plans and ad copies for store managers for upcoming sales.
• Sends advertising sheets to vendors for collection of advertising money.
• Provides support duties to the Fresh Foods Buyers.
• Performs miscellaneous clerical work: photocopying, shredding, filing, intercompany mail.
• Oversees warehouse orders for all locations and ensures stores have necessary products for upcoming sales.
• Maintains reports such as vendor lists, product descriptions and customer lists.
• Handles billing on invoices pertaining to Purchase Orders.
• Covers Retail Scan Team duties when needed.
• Compiles purchase orders and vendor orders and emails to locations.
• Balances warehouse inventory and makes computer adjustments.
• Assists store departments with pricing issues and updates.
