Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders ensuring timely product readiness.
• Assist the Bakery Manager in determining bakery product variety and quantity.
• Develop and implement new product ideas.
• Ensure awareness of miss-picked merchandise.
• Knowledge of bakery equipment and procedures.
• Merchandise the entrance case according to stock levels and events.
• Prepare frozen products for proper baking.
• Produce bakery products ensuring quality production.
• Clean department area, including equipment and storage.
• Operate equipment as needed.
• Handle price scales and ensure correct pricing.
• Receive and unpack merchandise, checking against invoices.
• Set up displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Take inventory to identify items needing reorder.
