Job summary

Stauffers of Kissel Hill in Lititz is hiring a part-time Team Member for the Lititz Pike Fresh Foods location, with evening weekday shifts from 4pm–9pm and Sunday availability from 8am–5pm. The position pays $16.00 per hour and offers on-site work at the Lititz Pike store.

The role includes stocking, cleaning, basic store maintenance, and ensuring equipment is functional. On-the-job training and leadership classes are provided as part of our team growth.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Employee must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Checks Vendors into the store upon arrival and out when leaving the store.
• Checks to make sure bakery oven is on for bakery use, if applicable.
• Cleans and replenishes restrooms and lunchrooms with related supplies.
• Empties trash containers throughout the store.
• Escorts employees to parking area during non-business hours, as needed.
• Maintains related equipment and supplies.
• Makes sure store is kept locked and secure during non-business hours.
• Monitors refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation and contacts proper personnel in case of malfunctions.
• Notifies management concerning the need for any major repairs.
• Regulates light control and makes sure that the gates are closed at the designated times when closing the store.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, stripping and re-coating & buffs retail floor space.
