Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Project Manager, Data Onboarding to lead data conversion and validation for onboarding new clients. You will coordinate custodial data feeds, portfolio accounting data conversions, and CRM data conversions while ensuring accuracy and a strong client experience.

Ideal candidates are process-oriented, highly organized, and capable of guiding clients through technical requirements, coordinating internal teams, and resolving issues with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential.
• Experience with data onboarding, conversions, reconciliation, and QA is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data onboarding workstream for new client implementations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate setup and validation of custodial data feeds and portfolio data conversions.
• Coordinate CRM data conversions, including data mapping and issue resolution.
• Ensure onboarding activities are on time and aligned with the implementation plan.
• Communicate requirements, timelines, risks, and actions clearly to clients.
