Job summary

Talentzo Delhi is seeking an experienced data onboarding and implementation specialist to help customers integrate their data assets. You will build automated data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL, strong data quality stewardship, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Implementation, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Data Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Strong data troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs, CSV/Excel data, imports, or integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Codex is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and implementation.
• Validate, transform, and import customer data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Build automation using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI tools.
• Monitor onboarding and resolve implementation issues.
• Communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve onboarding through automation and process optimization.
