Job summary

Equipe is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer to help ensure our customers successfully adopt the platform and realize its full value. You will work directly with athletic departments and professional sports organizations to solve data challenges and drive measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll own technical onboarding from kickoff to launch, load data, configure environments, build integrations, automations, and scripts, and collaborate with customers to ensure they get real value

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding from kickoff to launch.
• Load data, configure environments, set up integrations, validate results, and help customers go live.
• Work directly with customers to understand their goals, solve data challenges, and help them get real value from Equipe.
• Build scripts, tools, and automations so we only solve manual onboarding problems once.
• Build new integrations and product improvements when customer needs require them.
