The role reports into the Global Head of Operations and Technology, with an annual compensation range of $200k-$250k and potential discretionary compensation. This is a strategic leadership position at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• CDO-level experience: 4+ years; 5+ years for Data & Analytics Manager level.
• Asset management or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a modern data architecture and operating model.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks.
• Drive self-service analytics and data literacy across the organization.
• Enable AI readiness and Microsoft Copilot adoption.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to unlock the value of trusted data.
• Define the roadmap for platforms including Snowflake, semantic models, and advanced analytics.
