Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML models and algorithms to address key business problems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategy.
