Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring for a data migration and conversion specialist to design, build, and maintain data migration tools and scripts. You will coordinate with project teams to plan deployments and ensure data integrity, while interfacing with customers to align technical solutions with business goals.

The role requires strong software development background, hands-on SQL experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, IT or related.
• Experience in software development; experience with C#, XML, Python and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MS SQL preferred, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Strong SQL query design and implementation.
• Knowledge of object-oriented coding/design; experience with code reviews.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues; customer integration support under supervision.
