Our Technology Consulting team specializes in helping clients improve operational efficiency, security, reduce costs, and manage risk.

We deliver assessment, transformation, and process efficiency solutions across areas like finance, supply chain, IT advisory, customer, HR, strategic direction, and program management. EY has established a Center of Excellence focusing on Enterprise Intelligence, Risk Transformation, IT Risk, and Enabling Technologies, including SAP and Oracle ERP systems. Our clients include Fortune 1000 companies across various industries such as manufacturing, pharma, energy, transportation, telecom, entertainment, oil/gas, and retail.

Your key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire SAP data migration process for implementation projects.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Design and implement ETL processes, conduct data validation and testing, and resolve migration issues.
• Maintain strong knowledge of SAP data structures, migration tools, and SQL proficiency.
• Guide the data migration team and ensure project success.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics data migration, with 6-8 years in the industry and at least 2 end-to-end SAP migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP data structures, transformation, and configuration for migration.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services industries.
• Familiarity with FIORI apps and third-party migration tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
