Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data-heavy environments.
• Experience in data migration, data mapping, and conversion lifecycle.
• Familiar with PII/confidential data controls.
• Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.
• Experience handling acquisition-related projects and complex stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cutover planning, UAT, and PM artifacts.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• PMP or CSM certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects for acquisitions and system integrations.
• Maintain cutover and integrations plans for external partners.
• Coordinate with Agile teams while applying Waterfall PM methods.
• Track tasks and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Own project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Plan and execute UAT with QA and business teams.
• Document tribal knowledge for data transitions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and status reports.
• Ensure regulatory/documentation compliance and processes.
• Create BRDs for integrations and features.
