Job summary

The Garrett Group is seeking a Data Manager to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). The role focuses on routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training essential for deployments supporting CCMDs.

You will oversee data collection, governance, analysis, and storage, developing policies and procedures for EW assessment data and ensuring timely access and secure handling across venues, events, and units.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing data collection and management programs across all phases of data collection, reduction, analysis and storage.
• Ability to develop and enforce data collection, analysis and dissemination policies for observation, system and classified data.
• Experience designing data handling procedures and business rules for data sharing.
• Capability to develop inputs for electromagnetic warfare data management and evaluate advanced analytic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and advisory support on data management projects and phases.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and briefings on data management program planning and support systems concepts.
• Prepare and present briefings on the data management program, progress, and results.
