Job summary

The Garrett Group seeks a Data Manager to lead data governance, collection, analysis, and storage for JCER programs supporting CCMDs. You will shape data handling policies, ensure timely data availability, and coordinate with IT and venue teams to maintain secure, reliable assessment data.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of relevant experience, strong data management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to meet mission timelines and standards such as UJTs and EMOE

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Experience in overseeing data collection, reduction, analysis, and storage.
• Ability to develop and enforce data collection strategies and policies.
• Experience in data handling for electromagnetic warfare plans and data sharing procedures.
• Experience coordinating data management system support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and advisory support on data management projects.
• Attend meetings and briefings on data management planning and support systems.
• Prepare and present reports on data management progress and results.
• Contribute to the development of data collection plans, rules, and governance.
