Job summary

The Garrett Group is seeking a Data Manager to support the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). The role focuses on routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training for deployments supporting Combatant Commands (CCMDs), adhering to UJT and EMOE frameworks.

The incumbent will oversee data collection, governance, and analysis, ensuring timely availability of data, and will prepare technical reports and briefings on the data management

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing data collection, management, analysis and storage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection programs across all phases and ensure governance.
• Develop and enforce data collection, analysis and dissemination strategies for observation, system and classified data.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings on data management progress and results.
• Coordinate with IT, database managers, and programmers to improve data reduction and cataloging.
• Attend meetings and presentations related to data management program planning and support systems.
