Job summary

Edu-Futuro is seeking a Data Management VISTA to enhance grant and contract reporting with database know-how. You will build and maintain spreadsheets, surveys, and project tools to support program reporting and management.

You will help train staff and use Apricot CRM to streamline data collection and reporting for CETC planning and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate required with strong written and verbal communications.
• Experience with database reporting or grant reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with nonprofit programs and CRM tools is desirable.

The Data Management VISTA member will support Edu-Futuro through their experience in the database software and reporting of information for grants and contracts. Based on the programmatic information gathered and organized, the planning and implementation performance measures for the organization’s committed program reports and future applications that greatly support Edu-Futuro's services and the planned Childcare Education and Training Center (CETC).

Member Duties :

The Data Management VISTA member will support Edu-Futuro through their experience in database software and reporting information for grants and contracts. They will also create and maintain spreadsheets, surveys, and project management tools used for program reporting and management. They will assist in training and support, utilizing the Apricot CRM platform for program reporting and management.
