Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Data Management professional to manage data deliverables within contracts, build and maintain PDM data tracks, and ensure compliance with DoD data standards. This onsite role requires collaboration with the Program Office and suppliers to deliver on time.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9 years without a degree) and a current DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with government standards and processes (EIA-649, GEIA-859).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Current and Active Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify all data deliverables included in a contract.
• Build a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
• Coordinate with Program Office to prep data and ensure compliance.
• Solicit and obtain programmatic approvals and deliver information on time.
• Review sub-tier contractor data, build tracks, and receive data from suppliers.
• Incorporate data into prime deliverables for customers.
• Secure non-deliverable work products for configuration control in the PDM.
