Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Data Management professional to manage contract deliverables within a Product Data Management (PDM) system. You will work with program offices, ensure compliance, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain data integrity.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a strong background in data management, scheduling, EVMS, and PDM tools. Onsite work with relocation options and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience with government standards and processes (EIA-649, GEIA-859).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Current and Active DoD Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies all data deliverables part of a contract and builds a data track in a PDM system.
• Identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receives the data within PDM, and reviews the data for compliance.
• Solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval, and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
• Reviews sub-tier contractor requirements, builds data tracks for supplier submissions, and receives data from various suppliers.
• Approval routing, and/or incorporation, into prime contractor deliverables to the customer.
• Secure non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.
• Performing as Risk and Opportunity Manager/Facilitator.
