Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Specialist - Technical Data Package (TDP) Workflow Manager to drive the release of technical data for complex defense programs. The role is onsite in Tucson, requiring the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and strong collaboration with IPTLs, CAD, and cPDM systems.

You will monitor TDP status, guide documentation owners, and ensure timely, compliant delivery across programs, while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional work experience in technical data/workflow domains.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data tools; CAD/PLM familiarity preferred.
• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technical Data Package (TDP) delivery/release for multiple programs.
• Coordinate with IPTLs, engineers, CAD, and cPDM for proper documentation flow.
• Monitor TDP status and progress across release cycles daily.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations on drawing release dates.
• Guide documentation owners on uploading and entering data correctly.
• Ensure documentation quality, schedule adherence, and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Present data to leadership to support program execution and decisions.
