Job summary

Beghou is seeking an experienced Data Aggregation Lead to manage conception, execution, and delivery of data aggregation systems for life sciences firms. You will oversee client interactions, define project scopes, and drive growth across data initiatives and hub services.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with global stakeholders while promoting innovation and collaboration within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel.
• Experience implementing or supporting patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
• Experience with patient-level claims, hub, and specialty pharmacy data.
• HIPAA-compliant data management.
• Experience with external vendors and data exchanges.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop Data Aggregation projects and capabilities; deliver quality client services on time and budget.
• Develop data management and reporting suites across patient and channel data.
• Analytics and reporting for patient support programs, hub services, prior authorizations, appeals, and copay assistance.
• Define project scope and approach; conduct issue analysis and hypothesis development.
• Coordinate data exchanges with vendors and resolve data quality issues.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to product development initiatives and build data processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and manage client relationships.
