Mymanatee is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead data governance and enterprise data management in Bradenton, FL. You will shape data standards, drive quality, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic information solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, 1 year of leadership, and a Bachelor's in IT or related field, with certifications like ITIL or PMBOK desirable. You will manage data across systems including CJIS, PII, HIPAA, and PCI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer technology, or related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant information technology experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge, skills and credentials in ITIL, EPAS, SDLC, PMBOK and related certifications desired.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of data-governance principles and strategies, including data ownership, data quality, retention, access controls, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Experience ensuring data accuracy; validating records, reconciling data sources, and documenting data definitions and processes.
• Ability to handle public records, confidential information, and sensitive data types (CJIS, PII, HIPAA, PCI).
• Familiarity with data-related infrastructure, BI tools, databases, and reporting tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to manage enterprise-system data such as finance, HR, GIS, and asset management.
• Strong communication to explain data issues and findings to nontechnical users.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to peers and executives; mentor staff and support development plans.
• Develop business cases, monitor KPIs, and contribute to project plans and delivery.
