Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer technology, or related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant information technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify hardware, software, and system requirements through business analysis.
• Define data governance strategies including data ownership, quality, retention, and access controls.
• Ensure data accuracy, validate records, reconcile data sources, and document data definitions and processes.
• Handle public records, confidential data types (CJIS, PII, HIPAA, PCI).
• Work with BI and reporting tools; collaborate with enterprise-system data across departments.
• Communicate data issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Lead cross-department collaboration and project planning to achieve outcomes.
