The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance while supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Please note that this is a client-facing position and applicants must have previous client-facing experience.Key Responsibilities : Assessment and Strategy Development : Analyze client's current data management practices and identify gaps or inefficienciesDevelop and implement robust data management strategies aligned with organizational goalsAdvise on the adoption of modern tools, platforms, and frameworks for effective data managementData Architecture and Governance : Design scalable and secure data architectures tailored to client requirementsEstablish data governance policies to ensure consistency, quality, and regulatory complianceRecommend best practices for metadata management, data lineage, and data stewardshipData Integration and Optimization : Facilitate seamless integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring interoperabilityOptimize data storage, retrieval, and processing to enhance performance and scalabilityImplement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data pipelinesCompliance and Risk Management : Ensure client data management practices comply with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAAIdentify and mitigate risks related to data security and privacy breachesConduct regular audits and assessments to uphold data governance standardsStakeholder Collaboration and Training : Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectivesProvide training sessions for stakeholders on data management tools and practicesAct as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders to facilitate clear communicationReporting and Analytics Support : Enable the creation of actionable insights by ensuring high-quality and accessible dataSupport analytics and BI teams by providing well-organized and clean data structuresRecommend strategies for leveraging data to improve operational efficiency and decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data management, consulting, or related rolesProven track record in designing and implementing data management strategiesExperience with modern data platforms, cloud environments, and data integration toolsExpertise in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudProficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Alteryx) and data modeling techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic consulting environmentAdditional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range : $76,500-$90,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
