Description

Summary: This role will review work order data for accuracy and provide detailed review when needed. There will be data entry, work order research, invoice processing, and contractor research performed as part of this role. There will also be other duties as assigned. The main function of a Data Management Associate is to support the organization’s data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility by managing and maintaining databases and data systems. A typical Data Management Associate is responsible for data entry, validation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Job Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy. Perform regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies or errors. Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation and standard operating procedures. Generate reports and summaries to support business operations and decision-making. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
