Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics to shape data, systems, and digital capabilities for Global Safety Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (GSARA). You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics.

You will partner with Global and Regional GSARA, IT, and R&D teams to deliver measurable value, improve workflows, and build digital capabilities that empower decision-making and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
5+ years in software development, data management, analytics, or related fields.
Experience leading design and delivery of business systems and data solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, roadmap, design, and lifecycle for GSARA information systems and digital solutions.
Prioritize system enhancements based on value, risk, and feasibility; govern data and systems.
