SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics in Racine, WI. The role shapes data, systems, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities to advance Global Safety Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (GSARA) operations.

You will partner with global teams, IT, and R&D to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and measurable value, driving adoption and continuous improvement across GSARA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in software development, data management, analytics, or related areas.
• Experience leading design and delivery of business systems, data solutions, analytics, automation, or digital capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions and challenge requirements when needed.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new technologies.
• Experience with reporting/analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, design, optimization, and lifecycle management of information systems and digital solutions for GSARA operations.
• Prioritize system enhancements based on business value, risk, and feasibility; establish data governance.
• Translate GSARA needs into scalable technology solutions; simplify and automate workflows.
• Explore and apply AI and emerging tech to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Drive change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to embed new capabilities.
• Establish metrics for performance, adoption, and business value; iterate continuously.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Global/Regional teams and IT to ensure delivery.
• Build reporting/analytics capabilities to support leadership decisions.
