Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Operations in Racine, WI to own end-to-end creative workflows for packaging and brand graphics. You will collaborate with Design, Marketing, Legal, R&D, and external vendors to deliver production-ready assets on time and within budget.

You’ll streamline processes, establish design systems, and implement scalable workflows to support high-quality brand execution across substrates and formats. This role combines creativity with operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, design management, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in creative operations, production design, or project/studio management within consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of creative workflows from concept through production for packaging and brand design projects.
• Serve as liaison between Design, Graphics (GRSS), Marketing, Legal, R&D and external vendors.
• Translate creative intent into production-ready assets with high fidelity to brand standards.
• Build SOPs and KPIs; drive process improvements and post-mortem reviews.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, timing, and budget oversight.
• Conduct technical quality reviews of dieline layouts, color, typography, and print specs.
