Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development, System Administration, Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, Digital Solutions, or related areas.
• Experience leading the design and delivery of business systems, data solutions, analytics, automation, or digital capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, design, optimization, and lifecycle management of information systems and digital solutions for GSARA operations (Power Platform, SharePoint, data/analytics platforms, SaaS).
• Prioritize system enhancements, establish data governance, and ensure scalable, secure, and effective solutions.
• Serve as a strategic translator between GSARA needs and technology capabilities; identify opportunities to simplify or digitally enable work.
• Lead exploration and application of AI and emerging technologies within GSARA to address business challenges.
• Drive digital capability building and change management; educate and enable teams, and lead adoption activities.
• Establish and monitor metrics for system performance, adoption, and business value; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives with Global/Regional GSARA, IT, R&D, and external partners; ensure alignment and delivery.
