Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Data Architect (Architect I) to join our Data Management team in a hybrid role based out of Chandler.

You will lead the backbone of our data infrastructure, building and maintaining robust data pipelines powering AI and analytics initiatives across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data engineering, Databricks datalakehouse expertise, cloud experience (GCP/Azure), and strong Python/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and building production data pipelines.
• Experience with datalakehouse architectures and Databricks.
• Proficiency with cloud data services in GCP and Azure.
• Strong ETL/ELT design and optimization skills.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; Java is a plus.
• Experience with Informatica and Power BI for analytics.
• Solid data modeling for analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise-wide datalakehouse architecture for scalability, performance and security.
• Manage and optimize the datalakehouse environment, including Databricks.
• Build and manage complex ETL/ELT pipelines from various sources.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring for data assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data availability for business use cases.
