• Experience with regulated environments (PHI/PII) and data security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for the Databricks-on-Azure lakehouse, including governance and workspace design.
• Define medallion architecture standards across domains and accelerate adoption across teams.
• Lead CI/CD and DevOps patterns for Databricks deployments with audit-ready pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and architects; establish design reviews and documentation practices.
• Provide guidance on PHI/PII data handling and lifecycle management.
