Job summary

Knowledge and Education for Your Success (KEYS) is seeking a DATA AND IT ANALYST in San Bernardino, CA to maintain information systems, ensure data accuracy, and deliver reliable reporting across housing programs. The role collaborates across departments to optimize workflows through technology, automation, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has a data analytics background, strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills, and experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, HMIS, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, data analytics, CS, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in data analysis, information systems, reporting, or technical support.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, formulas, data validation) and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, HMIS, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, data integrations, or automated reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure data accuracy across Salesforce, HMIS, Smartsheet, and other systems.
• Prepare, reconcile, and validate routine and special reports for operations, management, funders, and reporting.
