Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Data IoT Architect to drive end-to-end data solutions on AWS for manufacturing and IoT applications. You will design architectures, build data pipelines, and guide governance and security across cloud data platforms.

You will work with Databricks, Redshift, Kinesis, S3, and other AWS services, leveraging Medallion architecture and Erwin modeling to document the architecture and ensure scalable, reliable data flows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in data exploration using SQL and a deep understanding of data relationships.
• Extensive knowledge and implementation experience in data management, governance, and security frameworks.
• Proven experience in creating high-level and detailed data architecture and design documentation.
• Strong aptitude for business analysis to understand domain data requirements.
• Design and implement scalable and flexible cloud data architectures; Snowflake exposure and orchestration tools like Airflow mentioned.

Role/Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end data solutions on the AWS Cloud Platform, focusing on data warehousing and big data platforms for Manufacturing Industry.
• Build Data pipelines with IoT and Sensor data in Medallion Architecture.
• Implemented SAP and MES data integration with Cloud.
• Develop high-level and detailed data architecture and design documentation.
• Implement data security frameworks and enterprise data architecture best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Implement data management and data governance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Work with data flows, taxonomy, lineage, and virtualization techniques to optimize data operations and organization.
• Apply your expertise in data modeling using tools such as Erwin to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Architect both batch and real-time data solutions, leveraging AWS services and technologies.
• Architect and Build data platforms using Databricks, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, Amazon Machine Learning, Amazon Athena,S3,AWS Glue, Dynamo DB, Elastic cache and RDS .
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement and transformation. Manage metadata and documentation using Erwin's modeling and data cataloging capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $132,000/Annum

Pay Range Maximum: $257,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
