Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/related field with two years’ youth/workforce experience and two years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency in office software; strong oral and written communication; ability to manage records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of student records and ensure data integrity in reporting.
• Oversee the Student Records department and one direct report.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of trainee movement records and program information.
• Interact with trainees and staff to provide program information and guidance.
• Manage enrollment and separation processes for all trainees.
• Coordinate completion of Job Corps forms and flow between departments and off-center agencies.
