Job summary

Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Data Management Specialist I to maintain data accuracy and integrity across the EHR and state databases. This on-site role in Olympia supports clinical, operational, and leadership staff with reporting, auditing, and compliance monitoring.

The specialist will ensure data is entered and maintained per agency, state, and funder requirements, reporting to the CQI Clinical Manager and working on-site in the Olympia office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in experience.
• One or more years experience entering data into an Electronic Health Record or similar database experience.
• Two or more years’ experience working in an office setting.
• Strong computer skills especially in MS Office. Must have proficient experience using Excel.
• Ability to type and enter data quickly and accurately.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client data accuracy within the EHR, state databases, and funder systems.
• Generate, format, and distribute weekly and monthly reports for leadership, program staff, and funders.
• Perform routine audits of client records to ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding EHR documentation practices and data entry procedures.
• Support cross-training and coverage across Operations Team.
