TransUnion is seeking an Analyst, Implementation Analysis to translate customer requirements into data fulfillment solutions. You will collaborate with business units, technical teams, and operations to design, test, and deploy batch processing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience in data analysis, programming, or batch fulfillment systems.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, programming, batch fulfillment systems, or related coursework.
• Ability to analyze moderate to complex data and apply logical, quantitative reasoning and problem solving.
• Working knowledge of legal, compliance, and business rules during program execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into TransUnion terminology and system‑ready solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and operational partners to support data fulfillment solutions.
• Analyze data, test results, and program outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
• Develop, configure, and execute design concepts, code standards, and test plans for batch fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot processing issues, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate to translate process designs into repeatable system configurations while respecting legal and business rules.
• Deliver programs timely in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
• Identify cost reductions, process efficiencies, and quality improvements to support department goals.
• Apply software development lifecycle principles and QA practices to program execution.
