Job summary

MetLife Investment Management seeks a Data Integrity Director to oversee security master setup, quality controls, and reconciliation support, partnering with asset originators and technology teams. Based in the US, the role drives governance, metrics, and process improvements for data used in trading, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years operations experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets or Investment Products.
• Prior people management experience with direct team oversight.
• Strong understanding of investment operations with focus on fixed income and equity securities.
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills with multi-tasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security master setup, data integrity checks, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Partner with asset originators to onboard securities and incorporate reference data into security master platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues identified by business units and centralized reconciliation.
• Collaborate with reconciliation teams to resolve portfolio breaks and support regional alignment.
• Produce and maintain operational metrics, documentation, and testing support for platform implementations and governance.
