Job summary

The role focuses on data collection, validation, and reporting to USDOL on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence, supporting federal audit functions and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in individual or team settings.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect data across RA Division units and submit to USDOL on monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.
• Administer internal audit programs to ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions with progress updates.
• Maintain compliance with USDOL, IRS, and SSA requirements.
