Job summary

Jobot seeks a data integration lead to guide data readiness and migration as advisory firms transition from legacy systems to enterprise platforms. You will sit between business analysts and engineers, translating business needs into precise integration requirements and ensuring data is complete and accurate for go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or fintech data projects.
• Experience supporting data migrations or platform integrations.
• Familiarity with wealth tech platforms listed.
• Understanding of data structures and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems.
• Assess existing platforms and data structures to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.
• Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, technology vendors, and incoming firms.
• Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing, reconciliation, and successful go-lives.
• Explain technical issues clearly, building trust with advisors and other nontechnical stakeholders.
• Document data flows, requirements, and processes to make future integrations more consistent and scalable.
