Jobot in Philadelphia is seeking a data integration professional to guide data readiness and migration as advisory firms transition to our enterprise platforms. You translate business needs into clear integration requirements, ensure data is complete and accurate, and collaborate between business analysts and engineers.

You’ll lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems; identify gaps and risks;

Qualifications

• Experience guiding data migrations or complex platform integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data integration requirements.
• Familiarity with wealth tech platforms and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems.
• Assess platforms and data structures to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.
• Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, technology vendors, and incoming firms.
• Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing and go-lives.
• Explain technical issues clearly to nontechnical stakeholders and build trust.
• Document data flows and processes to enable scalable future integrations.
